SHIPPING POLICY

We're proud to offer all over the UAE on all our products, secure checkout for all orders.

The shipments are carried out by third party shipping agencies. Upon receipt of your product, you may be asked to sign delivery receipt as a proof of delivery. we deliver our products within UAE only meanwhile.

Shipping will be done by a third-party courier.

Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contacts details.

Processing Time: We do our best to process and ship all orders as soon as possible. Most orders are processed within 3 to 4 working days.

Tracking Your Order : All orders include tracking information that is normally sent via email within 48 hours after the order has been shipped.

You can also track your order using your tracking number provided to you by mail. 

Loss / Stolen Package: 

  • Our customers satisfaction is our top priority so we can cover any case of exceptional delay or even loss in transit and offer a free reshipment or a refund.

  • If the order does not make it to its destination and its delayed in a local courier agency, customers are responsible for contacting the carrier before receiving a reshipment  \ refund.

  • If you have entered a wrong shipping address information, you are not eligible for a reshipment or a refund.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

By  placing an order on auraraoma.store, you confirm that you have read, understand and accepted this following policy.

Returns / Refunds 

Our policy lasts 7 days from arrival date. If 7 days have gone by since you received the product, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

If a customer reports a product defective / broken, customer will be required to send pictures of whatever defects,  it is required a claim what is wrong in the products to the customer service by sending email to: info@auraraoma.store, and our customer support will forward them in a file to the operations team where they'll confirm if the customer's claim is accurate. If customer is requesting a refund, and it's been within 7 days of receipt of order, we will issue a refund. If customer is requesting a return, we will communicate with the team and once confirmed shipped back to us, we will have another product sent out as soon as possible.

AURA AROMA accepts returns on conditions that the product is returned with 5 days of receipt of shipment. The returned product should have original packing and should not have any physical damages or scratches. The cost of return shipment should be borne by the customer,

Refunds (if applicable)

Once return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Cancellation of Orders Placed: 

Unfortunately, we can't cancel your order,

since we send your order information from the online shop directly to our warehouse system for a speedy delivery.

For AURA AROMA Diffusers:

Your AURA AROMA product is covered against manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase. Upon presentation of the warranty card dully completed, dated and signed by the authorized dealer.

For Scent Oils: No warranty.
